后来我学习英语的时候，几乎是随时将考拉小巫的书放在书桌旁，随时在我懈怠或疲惫不堪的时候翻来读读。有时觉得很励志。也不断地将书中学习方法慢慢吸收。手机里也了考拉小巫喜欢的歌曲《咸鱼》，明白了就算是咸鱼也要是个有梦想的咸鱼。就这样在长达一年的时间里每天反复的对着英语度过。后来，真的有了显著的进步。直到培训班学完结束，我以高分通过了最后的考试，也算是为了短暂的英语学习画了一个完美的句号。我现在开始英语更难的冲刺，也要开始制定计划，或许前方学习英语的路更加艰难，但是有过小小胜利的感觉，也就没那么害怕了，只要我用心，英语一定不是我人生路上的拦路虎。

一、备教材
教师在上课之前，首先要对教材有深刻的认识。分析教材内容和教学而目标，把握教材的重难点。只有充分地吃透教材，教师才对这课的教学下“良方”。
二、备学生
教学活动的对象是学生，每个学生都充满着丰富多彩的个性。要教育他们，就必须充分了解他们。因此教师在备课时要从学生原有的知识水平和学习兴趣出发，使每一个学生都能通过自己的教学活动得到全面发展。例如备课时，不能把教学内容备得过难或过于简单。太难，学生无法接受；太简单，学生则缺乏兴趣。备课的时候，教师还要多想些点子，如在课堂教学中加入音乐、游戏、歌谣等。让学生能学着乐，更要乐于学。
三、备老师
同一课的教学内容在不同的班级里会有不同的教学效果。这就要求教师在上课时不能千篇一律，一成不变，要有随机应变的能力。对于不同的班级学生要选择适合相应的教学方法进行教学，才能扬长避短，取得最好的教学效果；
四、反思

飘对我的触动太大了，主要是性格上的，虽然我不知道自己能不能更正自己的一些毛病，但是我觉得自己还是有一些收获的。
瑞德是一个谜一般的人物，书中没有正面提高过他的年龄，我以为他只是一个比思嘉大几岁的年轻人而已，但是我想不明白的是为什么他对世事的认识那么清楚，每次都跑不出他的预料，还有他的性格一点都不虚伪，对一些人看上去非常的刻薄，但是他对真诚的人完全是两个样子的。他知道自己的想法，也不羞于表现自己的小人，虽然其很不小人，那些行动只是语言上的而已。当然了，最令我欣赏的是虽然他看透了一切，但是他没有丧失热情，没有像一个苦行僧一样，如死水一般，无爱无恨，他还是对生活充满了热情，看看他为思嘉做的那些事，看看他去为失败的南方服的兵役。
其实思嘉才是对我触动最大的，毕竟我感觉瑞德虽然厉害，但对我这个凡夫俗子来说太遥远了一点，我没有他那么高的的境界，思嘉才是给我触动最大的，看看她遇到问题时的解决办法，具体就不写了，如果有兴趣可以自己去翻书，令我自己太汗颜了，自己太害羞了，太缺乏勇气了，什么都缩手缩脚的，想用她激励自己，想要什么就要去争取、去做才可以。
