    (一)剑桥商务英语BEC

    适合人群:具备高考英语相当水平,工作环境对英文有一定要求的人。

    优点:剑桥商务英语BEC这一套教材实在不用笔者多夸,因为对商务英语稍有了解的人都知道它是实实在在得有用,当之无愧江湖上“外企绿卡”的名号。首先从“出身”而言,这套教材由英国剑桥大学下属的考试委员会开发。该考试委员会除了是BEC证书的直属管理机构外,还负责如雅思、A-Level(相当于英国的高考、SAT)、剑桥通用五级证书等认可度极高的考试。历史那是相当的悠久(如果信得过,那得有150年)。所以既然是考委会的指定教材,它的对口性毋庸置疑;

    另外,这套教材秉承了国外教材的精髓,就俩字:实用!具体说来,BEC是根据不同的商务场景编撰,拓展到相关的对话、词汇、题目。如果你对比过同一领域的国内教材,就会发现它真是大大的有趣。即告销便是不打算考试的人,学下来也有益无害。完全不用担心只是为了应考学了些条条框框。特别如果你已经在外企念仿,那更是可以现学现用起来。

    (二)新概念

    适合人群:英语基础较差,想要全面提升英语综合能力的人。

    优点:和BEC一样,新概念也是经历时间验证的经典英语教程。相对而言这套教材能让你更全面地夯实英语基础。并且总共四册,能更精准地定位你的现有语言水平、从而展开学习。大致来说,新概念的四册分别适用于:第一册零基础;第二册初中英语水平;第三册高中到大学四级;第四册大学六级及以上。

    再者,新概念课文的优美程度有口皆碑(尤其袜高游三、四册),是很多大学老师推荐晨读及背诵的典范。前几年改革后的新版教材更加完善,配有英音和美音两种录音,足见编撰者的用心。所以对提升听说读写全方位的能力而言,的确是首选。

    (三)剑桥国际英语

    适合人群:具备初级英语水平,特别希望提高听、说能力的人。

    优点:《剑桥国际英语》Interchange 这套教材在国内的知名度还不算高,但在国际上已经是很多老师首选的英语教材。尤其是在提高听说能力上,这套教材有着前两种教材不具备的优势。首先教材的编写就是以“生活情景”来划分,有很多实用的口语词汇和句式。另外口语练习的环节尤其注重互动性,有专门的发音配套录音。

    商务英语口语第三版教材答案

    关于英语方面的商务书其实不少,但是买什么样的商务英语书要取决于弯圆贺你实际的英语水平。

    如果你的英语是零基础,那么我建议还是从最基本的英语学起,新概念英语1是一个很不错的选择,尤其是对于零基础的成人。我以前做家教的时候,也给我的学生推荐过一本人人说英语,是一本比新概念更基础的英语学习读物,我认为对初学者来说趣味性更强一点。

    如果是有一定基础的初级学生,可以考虑BEC英语中级,BEC是剑桥商务英语,我是2013年考的,当时是500块考一次,现在应该涨价了。但是准腔汪备的过程中你会发现很多比较专业性的词汇,例如有关金融方面、办公室事物处理等,而且这也包含了听说读写,在短时间内迅速提升自己的商务英语水平还是不小的帮助。如果过了中级,可以考虑准备高级。

    从我个人的实战经验来看,我最喜欢的是,教材里面更多地是模拟真实案例的一个个小故事,在不停反复学习这些故事的过程当中,有一种浸入其中的感受。我最喜欢的一步就是模拟读对话,揣测不同人物的语气,然后念出来,培养语感和口语水平。但是我这个方法并不合适每一个人,有埋派些人可能更喜欢阅读多一些的可以多看商务类的报纸。

    如果你已经走到了比这个更高级的级别,那么我建议你直接买英语读物来阅读。每天直接关于商务板块的新闻,或者直接买国外的出版物等等。这对于你后续的能力提升也是有很大帮助的。

    Market Research

    The definition of market research: study carried out by a company before launching a new product, into the needs, lifestyle, income, etc of potential buyers and to measure the success of similar products that are already available. It may involve interviewing people in the street or giving away sample product.

    ○1 Market research can be done for both a product and a company. As for a product, it is the first step when promoting a new product. It can find out whether the market accept the product or not. As for the company, market research can find out the customers’ opinion about the after-sales services and corporate image.

    ○2 There are generally four ways of doing market research, observation, survey, questionnaire and telephone interview.

    ○3 There are four procedures while doing market research. First, represent suitable questions. Second, record the customers’ feedbacks. Third, gather these statistics. Forth, analyse them and draw a conclusion.

    Ex: How to sell a product effectively in international markets.

Maybe you can start with increasing your sales volume by 10%.     ○2 As for the internal staff training, the training and Enterprise Councils should take this responsibility. Before the training, they first have to do a survey to find out which training course is welcomed by staff, compare it with the company’s objectives, and then make a final decision. Second, they will select a trainer and make a schedule for the course. It can be an on the job training, which means employees learn while undertaking the job, or off the job training, which means employees are trained away from the actual job. It really depends.

    ○3 After the training, the HR Department should arrange interviews with the employees who took part in the training and get feedbacks to improve the training in the future. The evaluation system also contains evaluate the performances of these staffs and make comparisons between the previous performances and the present ones. If the present performances are better and staffs make more profits than before, the training program can be seen as effective, especially when the company’s output is well over its input.
